4. Who we share your data with

Because this website is delivered through Cloudflare’s global network, your IP address and access logs may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. These transfers are made in line with Article 9 KVKK [transfer mechanism, e.g. standard contractual clauses approved by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board — to be confirmed by legal counsel].
5. How long we keep your data
We keep email enquiries for [2] years after your request is closed. Website access and security logs are kept by our infrastructure provider for short periods it determines. If a business relationship follows, we keep the relevant data for as long as the applicable laws require. After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, request that third parties be notified of such correction or deletion, object to outcomes based solely on automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where the GDPR applies, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
